Translation and Content Localization Coordinator
- Coordinated a team of 11 English, Spanish, and German translators
- Responsible for the translation of the entire app, its content, fashion merchandising items, marketing, UX.
- Selecting, hiring, training each translator. Started team with two translators and successfully grew the team to 11 in total.
- Setting goals and meeting deadlines for the internationalization process of the U.S./German version of the app.
- Created an efficient workflow system for various departments: Fashion, UX, app, marketing, and tagging.
- Contributed in the translation of legal documents for U.S. market launch.
- Input of ideas for improvement of the mobile app.
- Efficient and constant communication and coordination with other departments as well as management (Supervisors, CEO)
- Promoted leadership and professional training to translators in order to help them learn and become motivated in their everyday tasks. Inclusive in the decision-making processes as a team. High focus on leadership, upward mobility, and professional development.
